Kelly Rutherford left the courthouse visibly upset after having her kids ripped from her arms in court. The "Gossip Girl" star was understandably distraught after the hearing, choking up as she tried to explain how she was feeling. Rutherford could only muster, "I have no words" ... before she broke down in
tears. After the judge's ruling, Rutherford was forced to turn over her two kids, sending them back to Monaco. The next court hearing is scheduled to take place September 3 in Monaco.

A source close to the Kardashians tells.TMZ, Kylie just happened to be driving the G-Wagon to her birthday dinner Friday night, but it's Tyga's SUV and not a birthday present. The source acknowledges it's the same G- Wagon Blac Chyna was driving. Kylie Jenner got a spiffy red Mercedes G-Wagon from Tyga Friday, presumably for her 18th birthday. It's a used Mercedes, which is not a problem. The
problem is who used it before her -- Blac Chyna! Turns out Tyga bought the 2013 SUV new and gave it to baby mama and then-GF Blac Chyna. We're told Tyga was the registered owner of the whip, which was black. Blac Chyna had it re- painted white and then re-re painted pink. Our sources say recently Tyga told Blac Chyna she had to get a new car and return the G-Wagon, which she did. We're told Tyga had it painted red, picked it up Friday and Friday night Kylie was behind the wheel. The telltale sign ... the license number Blac Chyna had is the same as Kylie's. Can't blame a guy for tryin' ... well ... maybe.

Kylie Jenner got a birthday present that blows that G-Wagon away ... a Ferrari 458 convertible. Tyga presented his now-of-age-girlfriend with the $260K whip outside Bootsy Bellows in WeHo after a night of celebrating, and everyone was there.
Kim, Kanye, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall, Kris and Caitlyn ... among others. Other celebs joined in, including Joe Jonas, Gigi Hadid, Kevin Durant,

had it painted red, picked it up Friday and she was behind the wheel Friday night. A Kardashian
source insists Tyga didn't give her the hand-me- down SUV ... she just happened to be driving it. Celebrity car consultant Richie Rich hooked up Tyga with the new Ferrari, complete with big red bow.

Britney Spears has been under a remarkably successful conservatorship for 7 1/2 years, and sources familiar with the situation tell us it could last a lifetime. We're told there are no
plans to end the conservatorship, even in the long term, and no one involved is complaining. As TMZ and every other media outlet reported, Britney was so bad off at the end of 2007 her
family was in fear she would die. After she was taken to the hospital on a psych hold, her dad, Jamie Spears, went to court and a conservatorship was established in January 2008. There are actually 2 conservatorships ... one for the person, and one for finances. Fact is ... the conservatorships have worked
remarkably well. Britney -- who at her worst was on the verge of losing permanent custody of her kids -- is now by any standard a great parent. Jamie and Britney's doctors have
stabilized her to the point she can successfully work and maintain a personal life. As for the financial conservatorship, it
has been a huge success. Last year alone the conservatorship raked in $14 million, and that's only a portion of Britney's
financial machine. As one source said, before the conservatorship her finances were an absolute mess, and the ship has been fully righted. We're told Britney -- who has a
team of lawyers and doctors, along with Jamie, managing the conservatorship -- has "substantial day-to-day freedom" to make her own decisions. Short story ... if the conservatorship were to end, there would be significant risk she could backslide. The plan is to continue the conservatorship indefinitely ... because it works.
