Kim Kardashian on ''Girlie-Girl'' North West's Fashion Sense: Shoes First, Then You Can Change Her Diaper
For most toddlers, crying means they're hungry, wet, cranky, etc. But if that toddler is North West, it could just mean, "Hey, mom...I'm barefoot here..." "Every day she wakes up and says 'shoes,'" Kim Kardashian tells Vogue about her increasingly adorable "girlie-girl," who will be 2 in June. 'You have to bargain with her--before you change her diaper she needs a pair of shoes on." Sounds as though North has come to the right place--in addition to the other irons she has in the fire, mom Kim is the purveyor Kardashian Kids, whose latest
collection launches April 13 on Nordstrom.com. North, of course, graduated from ready-to-wear to couture long ago, her shoes alone coming from the likes of Charlotte Olympia
and Giuseppe Zanotti, let alone the pint-size purses... "Well,North does love handbags," Kim said, acknowledging her daughter's penchant for Chanel and other top designer brands. "And anything where there's a little bit of glitz." (And

But while cousin Penelope Disick, Kourtney Kardashian's daughter, sported her share of baby headgear when she was still being transported everywhere via mama's arms, North apparently isn't one for hats or headbands. "She hasn't been the biggest fan of keeping something on her head," Kim laughed. So Kim and North have got the mini-me fashion down. But with dad Kanye West no slouch in the style department, either, we're betting that any future male addition to the family will be just as smartly dressed as his sister. "You know, we're trying to expand the family," Kim said. "We're doing everything we can. I would be so happy with whatever God gave me, but I mean, eventually, yes, I would love a boy."
