THE NIGERIA STRUGGLES

Before/after 1960 Nigerians were exposed or were giving different kinds of opportunities, some were granted scholarships to study in a prestigious university. The government provided so many opportunities for the people at the time.

Nigeria became known and had prestige in the international polities that the country was well known and recognised by the top nations of the world. We did not have to struggle for anything from the super powers because we were known as the giant of Africa.
Nigeria also contributed to the fight against apartheid rule and the attainment of the other African nation's independence.

Now our focus is to discuss or explain whether Nigeria is till the giant of Africa. Are we still recognized by the super powers with the prestige and respect we had in the past. The peoples of the country are not happy of what the country has become, many are forced to immigrate to other better African countries and among sane countries. The country reputation among super powers has degenerated/reduced.

In Nigeria I feel we need a government that can be trusted and can maintain/control the feasibility of the nation's problems and respect the peoples right to vote without manipulating the election.

Many graduates are with no job for many years now, people are suffering and during. The boko haram are terrorising the nation and its peoples. The government has failed to do justice by serving the people well.

The economy is so bad that children are hungry. All these examples keeps singing in my head that when will all this things end in our country NIGERIA.
